Food Lifeline’s Agency Excellence Awards will recognize agency achievements in meeting community needs through innovative partnerships, connecting people, and increased access across the network. You can submit already-complete or in-progress work. Food Lifeline will award a prize of $1,000 to each of the five winning agencies.
Entries will be judged in these five categories:
– Collaborating to improve community stability
– Advancing equity and inclusion
– Responding to client needs
– Advocacy mobilization
– Increasing access to nutritious food
We’ll announce the award recipients at the Member Agency Conference on Monday, May 6. Winners are encouraged to attend, but you do not have to be present to win.
To apply: Submit 500 words or fewer about your agency’s efforts in at least one of the category areas by clicking here. The judges’ panel will award bonus points if your entry fulfills two or more categories, but only one category is required for consideration!
