Holiday Closure Schedule

President’s Day – Closed Monday, February 16th

 Schedule updates:

Deliveries on Monday, February 16^th – delivery rescheduled for Wednesday, January 21^st and adjusted order window

Delivery will be reschedule for Wednesday, February 18th 

Your order window will be 7:00 am-3:00 pm Friday, February 13^th for the delivery on Wednesday, February 18th 

Pickups on Monday, February 16^th –reschedule pickup day and adjusted order window

(King County)

Due to the holiday closure, your normal Monday dock time will need to be rescheduled for Tuesday, February 17^th, Wednesday, February 18^th or Thursday, February 19^th. A limited number of dock appointments are available on each day, so please call in advance if you require a specific day.  You must reschedule your dock time by contacting our Distribution Department directly at 206-545-6600.  Please contact us by Friday, February 6^th so we can arrange your appointment. 

Your order window will be 7:00 am-3:00 pm two business days before your rescheduled pickup day.

*Reduced days of service may require Food Lifeline to cut orders in order to serve as many agencies as possible.  This would impact ALL agencies, not just those needing to reschedule.  In the event that orders need to be cut, product will be prioritized in the following order: Purchased product (will not be removed from orders), Refrigerated and Freezer product, Dry product (will be the first to be removed from orders).

Your order window will move to 7:00 am-3:00 pm on Thursday, February 12^th  

Deliveries/Pickups on Wednesday, February 19^th– adjusted order window

(Grays Harbor, King, Pacific and Thurston Counties, and Mason County agencies with a Wednesday delivery)

Your order window will move to 7:00 am-3:00 pm on Friday, February 13^th
