Our Corporate Partners Are Here to Help

Food Lifeline is partnering with several regional grocery stores and companies this holiday season to fund the sourcing and distribution of food to our agency network.

Fred Meyer and QFC are both Kroger stores and are doing separate promotions to benefit Food Lifeline. Fred Meyer is doing a “round-up” campaign for cash donations, while QFC is running their annual holiday food drive, Zero Hunger Zero Waste, which will include both food and cash contributions. These campaigns will provide food and the financial resources to source even more food that we will then provide to our 300 agencies.

Les Schwab is doing their annual in-store food drive, but this year it has been renamed “Driving Out Hunger.” Last year the drive collected more than 18,000 pounds of non-perishable food that Food Lifeline was then able to distribute to its partner agencies.

Henry’s Tavern and Heavy Restaurants will donate a portion of their sales for a period of this holiday season. These cash donations will help Food Lifeline source and rescue even more food for its partner agencies.

Whole Food’s Feed Four More is a donation program where money can be donated to purchase meals for breakfast, lunch, and dinner ($5, $10, $25, or any amount) to families of four in need. The company’s nation-wide goal is to feed 1 million people this holiday across the United States.
