The construction of the HSC is on schedule, and coming along beautifully, looking more and more like our future home every day. Today, most of the walls are up, and painting has started in the agency and mezzanine areas.
The freezer walls of the 17,000 square feet of cold storage is now in place. This new freezer/cooler is almost the size of our entire Shoreline warehouse and the space has also been engineered for future expansion.
Of particular concern to our caffeinated employees, the HSC is now ready for Starbucks coffee station installations in the office area, the volunteer areas, and the kitchen.
