Each year Food Lifeline works with volunteers, partners, and legislative champions to advance important hunger relief priorities during Washington’s state legislative session.
Did you know that many of the people who visit food banks also serve as volunteers? Judy, 70, comes out regularly to Salvation Army Capitol Hill to do just that.
There are many challenges that come with getting older. But some - like keeping enough food at home while scraping by on a fixed income - are preventable.
