Before December 20, we are happy to accept any non-perishable items from families and individuals. We can take foods that do not require refrigeration and that list nutritional facts. Due to food safety reasons, we cannot accept homemade meals or items that require refrigeration, like turkeys. We are always looking for culturally relevant and nutritious nonperishables. Farmers and food suppliers will work with the Food Resources department. Retail and food service companies will work with the Retail and Food Partnerships department. Thank you for your interest in donating food!
Before December 20, we are happy to accept non-perishable items from your food drive. If you have a few boxes, we will bring a cart and help you unload them in the parking lot. If you are donating more than a few boxes, please call ahead so we can make arrangements to receive the donations.
When you arrive at the Hunger Solution Center, drive around to the Agency Relations reception area on the east side of the building. Please ask warehouse staff to help unload your vehicle. If you would like the items weighed, please let staff know and the Development team will meet you in the warehouse.
We are not able to provide turkeys. We have emergency food bags available, including a limited selection of fresh produce and non-perishables, but no turkey. We are a nonprofit hunger relief organization that sources and delivers food to 299 local food banks in Western Washington; we do not serve the public directly.
