New Member Agency: Whidbey Island Nourishes (WIN)
We would like to introduce you to a new member agency we have just recently added called Whidbey Island Nourishes (WIN)! Established in 2007 and located in Langley, WA, WIN runs a backpack program for multiple schools focused on easy-access, prepared foods. Additionally, they provide prepared food to their community through two no-cost vending machines. They are the only agency on Whidbey Island that provides prepared foods rather than groceries.
WIN is a vital resource in their community. In 2013, they provided more than 20,000 total meals to their community, and they are quickly growing. We are thrilled to be working with WIN and we know they will do nothing but strengthen our amazing agency network!
