Every year, more than 375,000 children in Western Washington receive free and/or reduced meals at school, but lose access to those meals when schools close down for the summer. This year’s Food Frenzy Sponsors have all taken a leading role in helping families facing hunger during these challenging summer months by sponsoring our Food Frenzy event. They all share a passion for supporting their communities and giving back.
For two action packed weeks from July 12-26, these 15 companies, along with dozens of others, will collect food donations, volunteer at the Hunger Solution Center, and host fundraisers that benefit Food Lifeline. Companies love the opportunity to give back to their community, the camaraderie of working with their colleagues toward a common goal, and the fun of creating and participating in new games and events.

Last year, 67 companies participated in Food Frenzy and raised a total of $620,000, accrued 2,753 volunteer hours, and donated 7,144 food items.
