A Sweet Surprise: How Nate’s Honey Is Spreading Goodness Across the Country

Some donations arrive as expected here at Food Lifeline. Others arrive as a sweet surprise and still manage to make a big impact. That’s exactly what happened when Nate’s Honey reached out to Food Lifeline. They offered to donate 126 cases of 16 oz. honey: no prior relationship, no strings attached, just a heartfelt gift from across the country.

Nate’s Honey (also known as Nature Nate’s Honey Co.), are one of the leading producers of raw and unfiltered honey based in Texas. Through their Beehive Program, they support nonprofits that feed communities, care for kids, and protect bees.

This was a new donor that reached out to us completely out of the blue, It’s not typical for non-local companies we haven’t worked with to reach out on their own but they chose us. That’s powerful.” – Amber White

What makes this donation extra special is its potential to continue building a relationship where kindness is amplified.

“Supporting local food banks with our 100% pure honey is one way we can make a difference in the communities we serve. At Nate’s, we believe in spreading hope and helping those who need it most, and we’re excited to see the positive impact these donations will have on children and families across the country.” – Michael Carle, CEO of Sweet Harvest Foods, the parent company of Nate’s”
