Food Lifeline is currently hiring a full time, exempt, Inventory and Receipting Manager. This position oversees all aspects of inventory management, reporting, auditng processes, and information flow, to include cycle counting, receiving, accounting for, storage location assignments, and replenishment. The position is responsible for monitoring and/or implementing systems and procedures that maintain the accuracy of the organization's inventory, enable timely distribution of product, and ensure all received goods meet our food quality specifications. Collaborates with other teams around interdependent inventory management responsibilities and serves as power user of Food Lifeline's inventory, online ordering systems and related business applications.
This position requires an Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, or related field; a minimum of 3 years managing inventory and distribution processes and systems for a large distribution center, and working knowledge of warehouse workflow and food quality specifications. Must possess or be able obtain a Washington Food Handler’s Card within 30 days of employment; valid WA State Driver’s license.
