All promotional and publicity material relating to your event must be approved by the Director of Marketing and Communications. Please allow for 5 business days for the approval process. If you would like updated hunger statistics, Food Lifeline facts or stories to help promote your event, please contact Food Lifeline staff.
In order to avoid duplicating efforts, please check with Food Lifeline staff before soliciting businesses or sponsorships.
The event organizer assumes all responsibility and risk for event expenses including insurance coverage, applicable permits and liabilities. Food Lifeline will not acquire a Special Occasions License or Banquet Permit.

Tax Receipt Letters
Event organizers and participants should contact their tax advisor to determine what percentage of their donation may be tax-deductible. Food Lifeline cannot send gift recognition letters noting a charitable donation to individual contributors unless the gift is made out directly to Food Lifeline.
