Food Lifeline is hiring a full-time, Purchasing Agent to join the team that is responsible for sourcing and purchasing food for Food Lifeline. This position is responsible for the management and coordination of Food Lifeline's food purchasing activities. The Purchasing Agent also supports other food sourcing activities through external customer service to food donors and internal coordination of logistics between teams.
Food Lifeline is recruiting for a Major Gifts Officer to join our Development Team. This position will secure funds for Food Lifeline's strategic plan by managing a group of assigned donors and prospective donors, assuring as many as possible are cultivated, stewarded, solicited and retained as donors to the organization. The Major Gifts Officer aligns donor interests and values where appropriate with Food Lifeline's strategic plan and mission in order to increase the chances of long term involvement and increased investment in the organization.
Food Lifeline is hiring a full-time Food Sourcing Specialist to join our growing team. This position is responsible for building and maintaining excellent relationships with food donors; procuring donations of high quality, nutritious product to meet program needs; acting as the project coordinator for the Starbucks FoodShare program and team lead for produce procurement; and collaborating with other departments to meet organizational goals and objectives.
Food Lifeline, a non-profit organization dedicated to ending hunger in Western Washington is hiring for FoodShare Program Drivers to join our team.
FoodShare Program Drivers will operate vehicles in a safe manner, collect food donations from locations along a route, inspect, count and verify product, and ultimately, deliver it to feeding programs that benefit hungry people. FoodShare Program Drivers will also maintain vehicle logs, product documentation, and provide support to a variety of warehouse functions when not on route.
Food Lifeline is currently hiring a full time, Class A CDL Driver to support our mission to end hunger in Western Washington by transporting product between donors, warehouses, and affiliated agencies. This position assures compliance with state and federal DOT regulations and requires a Class A CDL commercial driver's license.
