Food Lifeline, a nonprofit organization dedicated to ending hunger in Western Washington, is currently hiring a full time; exempt Campaign Manager to support fundraising efforts for our campaign. The Campaign Manager is responsible for the coordination and implementation of various campaign related strategies to cultivate and solicit cash gifts, multi-year pledges, and in-kind donations. This position provides support to senior staff and campaign volunteers, using donor-centered fundraising best practices. This is a full time position for the duration of the campaign.
Food Lifeline is currently hiring a full time, exempt, Inventory and Receipting Manager to manage the quality, accuracy, and recording of the throughput of items from product receiving to distribution. This position manages the physical inventory cycle count program, reconciling physical to book inventory. This position also ensures the integrity of the database and ensures that receipts are created and provided to donors as required.

Food Lifeline, a nonprofit organization dedicated to ending hunger in Western Washington, is currently hiring a full time, hourly, Transportation and Logistics Coordinator. Responsibilities include daily dispatching, driver logs and processing and maintaining transportation paperwork. This position also holds the primary responsibility for and works to ensure that our fleet meets all DOT regulations by maintaining Preventative Maintenance schedules and identifying and performing minor maintenance on site while coordinating more major repairs. Food Lifeline, a nonprofit organization dedicated to ending hunger in Western Washington, is currently hiring an experienced Chief Financial Officer to oversee all finance, accounting, technology, business and strategic planning efforts of the organization. The CFO will direct and have overall responsibility for internal controls, the audit process, financial forecasting and analysis, reporting, investment management, banking as well as IT, strategic planning and metrics. This position is also the primary contact to the Board’s Finance and Investment Committee.
