At Food Lifeline, we believe that no one deserves to be hungry and that ending hunger is possible. By mobilizing resourses and engaging communities, we're working to feed people today while solving hunger for tomorrow. Collaborating with the food industry and its surpluses, we come up with creative solutions to ending hunger, including redirecting good food from manufacturers, farmers, grocery stores and restaurants that might otherwise go to waste. We provide 97,000 meals a day to local food assistance programs and that, combined with our policy work, creates a sustainable approach to hunger.

Food Lifeline staff are available to speak with the media on issues of hunger, including the current state of hunger in Western Washington, Food Stamps and SNAP, and how the community is responding.

To request an interview with Food Lifeline staff please contact: Mark Coleman, Marketing & Communications Director at MarkC@FoodLifeline.org or 206.850.3752.
