Tiffani manages the Agency Relations, Community Programs, and Public Policy teams that work with over 275 food banks, meal programs, and shelters in Western Washington that receive food from Food Lifeline. Tiffani and her team make sure these agencies have a good experience with Food Lifeline through their customer service, and also ensure that Food Lifeline's donors' contributions are going to responsible organizations. In addition to this, Agency Relations houses programs that target specific populations and regions, including Kids Cafe, Seattle's Table, Mobile Food Pantry and Target Meals for Minds. Tiffani's team also specializes in Public Policy, Advocacy and Hunger Research to ensure that individuals struggling with hunger in Western Washington have access to State and Federal programs.
Tiffani joined Food Lifeline in June of 2006. She started at Food Lifeline as an Agency Relations Representative and has held positions of Agency Relations Coordinator, Agency Relations Manager, and Agency Relations Director. She was promoted to VP of Community Partnerships in 2014. In her time at Food Lifeline, Tiffani has developed an interest in organizational and operational capacity, and she served on a Feeding America strategy group with a dozen food bank peers to develop an agency capacity assessment tool for the Feeding America food bank network. She also helped found Food Lifeline's Member Agency Council and has coached Feeding America member food banks in developing and operating such councils. Prior to working at Food Lifeline, Tiffani held a position at a market research firm in Bellevue, WA. She has a BA in Communications and Advertising from Washington State University.
