Amy Lee manages the Development team and is thrilled to be working to feed hungry people in Western Washington. Prior to joining Food Lifeline in April 2012, Amy Lee built a strong culture of philanthropy at The Kenney Retirement Community as the Foundation Director and was the Capital Campaign Manager for the Senior Center of West Seattle. She is a West Seattle Rotarian and Past President, a graduate of the University of Washington Fundraising Management Program and a former NDOA Board Member. Amy Lee got her start in hunger relief early when at age four, she started delivering Meals on Wheels in Moscow, Idaho with her mom.
Amy Lee’s favorite part of her job is the daily commute from West Seattle to Shoreline (just kidding!). It’s all worth it because of the amazing, smart, funny, creative and wonderful people Amy Lee gets to spend every day working with towards the common goal of ending hunger in Western Washington. When not meeting with community leaders and perspective donors, Amy Lee likes to explore the world with her husband Andy and dog, Jingo.
