Connect with the people you love, with the people you spend your work day around, with the people in your book club, kids’ youth groups, or place of worship, and connect with Food Lifeline to help make food available to hungry people.
Groups of 8-60 are welcome to connect in our Shoreline warehouse to help sort, label, and repackage food for distribution to food banks, shelters and meal programs in Western Washington. Volunteers need to be at least 6 years old to participate, and we are happy to book your group for a single session, monthly session, or as frequently as you are available.
A few times a year we have the need for groups of people to help support specific special events. Volunteers are needed annually the second Saturday in May to help with the National Association of Letter Carriers Food Drive, year-round to host Food & Fund Drives, during the Holiday Season to support fund raising activities, annually in March in support of the Food Lifeline Annual Agency Conference, and for various other activities.
